Every time I go to the Renaissance Festival there is always someone there dressed as a Star Wars Stormtrooper. Don’t get me wrong, I get it. It’s funny. But that didn’t stop me from crafting some incredibly convoluted story about his background. So stay tuned this week, and next for “Vague Ambition’s: A Very Ye Old Star Wars Halloween Spectacular”

I’ve teamed up with my friend Brian to make this possible. You’ll see the debut of his art this Friday, as the story moves from prequel to epic sequel. You’re going to love it.

Hi, sorry for the late update today. But in between school and the next batch of comics you are about to see I’ve been pretty busy. So here’s a sketch I did based on a run in with some neighbor kids I had this weekend. (The run in was the thing I had, not the neighbor kid.)

People ask me how I do my comics, I guess you could call this sketch stage 2 in the art process. I trace over a pencil drawing I do before scanning it. I hope to get tablet soon, but I like drawing in my sketchbook as I’m still learning how to draw.

Don’t see this as, “Oh he’s getting lazy.” I say, “Strap in mother-fucker, cause I’m bout to take your ass on a ride.” When I’m done with you, you’ll look at Star Wars Halloween specials in a very different light.

Marge Simpson in Playboy? It’s crazy! And my trend of being giddy about animated eroticism continues into fully legal territory. As you’re reading this I’m running out to wherever it is that Playboy’s are sold to buy a copy of this. I wonder if they’ll do her turn on’s/turn off’s. Those have to be pretty funny.

And in some small way continuity. (What’s that damn Blob still doing bumming around anyway?)

A Boy And His Blob made it’s return yesterday for the Wii. The original came out for the NES, something you kids might be able to see in your history books.

It featured a Boy, and a Blob. As the Boy you could feed your Blob jelly beans of different flavors, making your Blob change into various shapes to aid you on your quest to do whatever the hell it was that game was about.

I never finished it.

Scribblenaughts is one of the most addictive games I’ve played in a while. There’s just so many ways to beat each level, I’m often surprised by what I can conjure up.

If you have the game fun (but pretty much useless) things to bring up are:

So apparently they found water on the moon. By they I mean, the scientists.

This is a big deal, because the water there could aid in establishing long term lunar colonies, possibly settlements, and maybe even be the first stopping point in interstellar tourism.

Or, knowing how our nutty world operates the more accurate description of where this discovery will take us is this:

This is a big deal, because the water there could be harvested by machines, then treated and purified so it can be sold to the consumer public at an ‘all to fair’ markup after advertising costs are factored in.

I can see it now…

1) It’s not that offensive.

2) Why on Earth would I attempt to get humor off of 9/11?

Because 12 years ago Titanic The Musical debuted on Broadway. 1,500 people died during the Titanic disaster, and although that shipwreck wasn’t caused by terrorism, it like the 9/11 terrorist attacks could have been prevented by paying attention to early warning signs.

So if after a matter of time some jackass can write a musical about a bunch of slack jawed aristocrats singing their way to a watery grave. You can only imagine that sooner or later 9/11 will get the same treatment. That’s just they kind of animal we are. However since I think I might not live long enough to see this happen, I’m making light of it now in my own special way.

I went to this event called a “Flavor Tripping” party. At such a place you are given a ‘miracle berry‘, which for two hours after it’s consumed makes anything else you eat taste sweet. I was a little skeptical at first, but it really does work. I could eat lemon wedges with ease, shoot hot sauce, and mix strawberries with balsamic vinegar with no immediate effects.

I say no immediate effects because, although all food tastes delicious under the effects of the berry, anything eaten has to coalesce the way of all organic food stuffs. So this comic is pretty accurate.
