I was starting to hope we as a nation were done with minor celebrity feuds becoming newsworthy, oh well.

I’m not saying Shawne Merriman deserves a high-five for what he did, but. Who hasn’t thought about choking Tila Tequila? And I’m not just asking the men out there, I’m sure there are plenty of ladies out there who would have wanted to throttle Miss. Nguyen at one point in time, and not just her, any star that’s taken up residence at what used to be a network dedicated to playing music videos.

No one is going to come out and say “Yeah, I thought about choking Tila Tequila”, so like an influx of Michael Jackson fans postmortem it’ll be easier to just jump on the safety bandwagon and say “Oh domestic violence is reprehensible.”

I’m wondering if this is some new tactic by minor celebrity’s to get noticed? I mean, it’s no sex tape, crotch shot, or the wondrous reveal of a nipple. But it’s going to get you the spotlight.

It doesn’t even have to be a physical violence either. I feel I know way too much about Jon and Kate of late, and all the cries of emotional abuse these two endured. I can’t check out of the grocery store without seeing what these idiots bitch back and forth about each other. I think a third party needs to come forward and say something to deflect attention off of these media whores.

And that something is; “It’s actually the fault of the Plus 8. That’s why these two are so miserable.”
