Apparently The President isn’t allowed in public schools. I guess this is probably a good thing, the last time I can remember seeing a President talk to children in a school, The Eleventh of September happened, something I’m sure no freedom loving individual wants to see happen again.
If you aren’t politically aligned with the Democrats, I can understand that you might be a little upset that President Obama will talk to your kids. I mean if you won’t listen to him, shouldn’t you kids be able to opt out?
If John McCain (Panama) had won the election I doubt you’d hear the left making the fuss about “Indoctrinating the youth of America”. They’d be too busy celebrating the resignation of Sarah Palin from the role of Vice President, after she discovered that it was a hard job
The Right could only get this type of reaction out of the Left if they said they were sending in someone like Rush Limbaugh (Portly Hypocrite), Glenn Beck (Portly Bigot), or Bill O’Reilly (Portly Puppet).
So conservatives please calm down, they’re sending in Barrack Obama, (black) not Jon Stewart (Jew). And as scary as non white, non christian things can be, they aren’t going to brainwash your children, that should remain your jobs as parents.
And while he may not be as 100% effective as our last President, I can trust that he knows to put on his non-partisan party hat long enough to tell kids to study once in a while.
Enough said.
Enjoy.

The grownups are acting silly again. Kids, young kids anyway, dont give two hoots about rep/dems, They just care that the president is the president, and if I was still one of them I probably would think it’s pretty neat that the prez want to talk to me. I find it funny that some schools are allowing kids the option to sit out the speech, if they should choose. All that does is teach that if you have a different point of view you are allowed to shut your ears for eternity to anyone else that doesnt agree with you. That’s when you get senators telling people it would be like arguing with the kitchen table to attempt to converse with them – because they have no room for anything but their own limited opinions. Listen up good kids!
